About

CoreKit Plays started as a group chat where a few of us swapped screenshots of tower defence maps and argued about build orders. At some point the notes got too long for a chat, so we moved them here. Everything you read is written after we've actually installed the game and put real time into it.

We focus on strategy, tower defence and the tactical corners of mobile gaming, but we also cover RPGs, racing and the odd casual title when something grabs us. There's no sponsorship behind the picks.,We choose games the boring, honest way: we scroll the stores, follow reader suggestions, and sometimes just chase a recommendation from someone we trust. A game makes the catalogue only after at least one editor has played enough to form a real opinion, not a first-impression shrug.

Ratings are subjective and we say so. Two of us can disagree on the same game, and when that happens we mention it in the review instead of pretending there's one correct score.,We're a small independent team. No big publisher owns us, and we don't take money to bump a score. If that ever changes, we'll say so plainly at the top of the page.
